WHITE COFFEE BREWING at Home


Brewing Instruction & Recipe
1 - Scoop grounded coffee into brewing
container. Use more, or less, according
to taste and strength required.
2/3 – Pour off-boil hot water and allow
coffee to brew for minimum 20 minutes.
4 – A thin layer of golden brown “crema”
is a good sign of well brewed coffee.

5 – Use a sieve to remove coffee sediment.
6 – Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of sweeten
condensed creamer.
7 – Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of evaporated
milk or skimmed milk (for smoothness)
8 – Stir the mix generously.
Note: All brewing utensils and cups should
be pre-heated for the best result.
